Delete your Viverra account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Viverra and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.
3. Sign in with Google once more so we know it is you.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@viverra.app from the address of the Google account you used, with the subject "Delete my Viverra account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your login account (Firebase Authentication).
• Your daily photo-recognition counters stored on our servers.

What is not deleted, and why

• Data on your phone (scan history, daily log, goals, weight) is stored only on the phone. Uninstall the app or use Clear in History to remove it.
• Product submissions you sent (photos of products, names, barcodes) are not linked to your account and may stay in the product database. Email us if you want a specific submission removed.
• Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for accounting and legal reasons.
• Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
